The United Methodist Church

Holy Healthy UMC

There are many resources readily available for those wishing to make positive health changes. Are you a congregation wanting to create or expand a health and wellness ministry? Are you a clergy needing information on wellness programs available to you? Are you an individual ready to create a healthier lifestyle?

Our goal for this section of the website is to be a complete resource center for existing health and wellness programs and resources available to you, and to increase awareness and utilization of these programs. In addition, we strive to continue to grow this resource center to include new programs as they are created and submitted.
