Ministry Program Coordinator (Children and Youth Minister)

United Methodist Church of Morrilton seeks a full-time Ministry Program
Coordinator (Children's and Youth Ministry Director). The position is
an exciting opportunity to help FUMC, Morrilton recruit, train, and lead
volunteers for ministry programming in the church and community.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be passionate about
making disciples of Jesus Christ, leading and motivating adults to
participate in ministry, and growing children and youth in the faith.
The job requires familiarity with a wide range of subjects, creativity,
the ability to plan and implement programs and events, and the people
skills to successfully interact with adult volunteers as well as
children and youth. The Ministry Program Coordinator will lead assigned
projects and is expected to work both independently and
collaboratively.
Candidates must be flexible to work evenings and weekends. A bachelor's degree and experience in church ministry is required.
